Yet more improvements
1. Ability to input employers address and auto generate correspondence to the employer.
2. Lender or insurance providers details can be captured and again, generate pre-populated letters.
3. Document file now in place for clients. Import documents specific to any client. This is in addition to the ability to store documents specific to any case. Clients can have any number of cases linked to them, be they mortgage, insurance or investment products.
4. We have increased the document capacity to 8MB for any one document. These are easy to upload, the size of your broadband will inevitably effect the time it takes.

Plenty of updates and more to come
Whilst it may appear that we have been quiet, the reality couldn't be further from the truth. We have been frantically trying to catalogue the feedback that has been coming in from our users and prioritise all the suggestions. So far the feedback has been fantastic and extremely positive but as with any system improvements made on user interaction is essential.
- New Notes System - Allows only editing by the Admin and it is more effecient
- Reporting - More filters have been added, e.g. regulated - non-regulated mortgages
- Agreement Number now accepts characters and numbers
- Status box permanently open
- Homepage boxes permanently open
- Client Document section. Now users can upload documents specific to the client as well as the application.
- Registration process has been updated, we will soon be accepting payments.
This is only the beginning of a load of changes due to arrive on the system. We also have some exciting integrations coming soon so watch this space.

Revisions 2nd March 2009
There have been a couple of revisions and there is a lot of ongoing work that we are excited about.
- Revised list of cases filter, it is more accurate and meaningful
- Marketing Pages, ability to select your Clients or the Firms Clients
- Revised ability to input multiple documents per applicant on the Fact Find
At present the Document manager is being appraised with a view to allowing users to actually implement the custom templates that they create. Also we have a support site on its way in the next month.

More improvements
More improvements to the i-map x system.
- SMS Text Marketing is now available. You are now able to send text messages to all your client within the i-mapx system. This gives you another means to communicate with your client base.
- Further improvements to the Marketing suite
- Fixed Admin Roles problems. Assigning Roles and Maintaining Roles within Firms.
Lots of work is being done on Admin tools and we have a new client support website on it's way.

First update of 2009
- Ability to link insurance applications to Mortgages, Secured Loans, etc.
- Button on case summary to view the related insurance applications.
- Introducer commission added to Fees section. Amount can be seen for the introducer in their case tracking login.
- New Product - Equity Release.
- New Product - Debt Management.
- Re-design of case summary to tidy up the most recent features added.
- TCF Report, Next Step, Add Insurance and Case Users combined into one section.
- List of Cases / Clients / Case Summary streamlined for faster loading times.
- Database backups more efficient now. Making data more secure.
- More variation on the simple reports.
